How do I place an order?

Choose your product from the drop-down menu on the product page then click the “Add to Cart” button, click “Check Out” and follow the simple instructions to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and email you when it’s been shipped.

Can I check my order status?

You can check your order status, using the “Quick Links” section at the bottom left of the page. Click “Track Order” and enter your email and order number. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You have 24 hours to modify or cancel your order, from the time of ordering. Please contact our customer service team. After that it is too late to cancel or change the order. Please use the contact us form and message us your order number and details of what you want to change or cancel.

I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet?

Have a look in your spam folder. If you can’t find it contact our customer service team.

Can I track my package?

A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed.

Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for your package to show up in our tracking system. For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.

I haven’t received my package, what should I do?

If your order has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after ordering, contact us through our Contact Us Page and we will do our best to help.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and added on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page. International buyers - Will I be charged duty or customs when my package arrives in my country? Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.


I ordered the wrong size or color, what should I do?

Most of our products are printed to order, after 24 hours the production process has started so we can’t exchange your product. But your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution for you.

I’m not satisfied with the printing quality, what should I do?

All our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed product, free of charge.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience and we will replace the item for you straight away. Please contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Us Page.
